Working at GDD¶
This section covers what it means to be a member of the group day to day: what is expected of you in your role, how you and your supervisor plan and review your development, and the routine administrative processes that keep the work moving — travel, purchasing, contracts, and the institutional systems behind them. It closes with what has to happen when someone leaves.
Where the Research section answers how do we do the science, this section answers how do we work together, and who does what.
This section is a living set of pages. Several are deliberately thin at the moment and are marked as such; the outline below shows what each one is for, so you can tell whether an answer is missing or simply not written down yet.
